2. What data we collect and why

a) Contact and demo bookings

When you book a demo (through the calendar) or write to us, we process the data you provide: your name, email address and, optionally, your company name and phone number. Purpose: to get back to you and arrange the meeting. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

b) Analytics

With your consent, we measure website traffic using Umami (hosted on our own server in the EU). The analytics are anonymous: they use no tracking cookies, build no profiles and do not identify individuals. Purpose: improving the website. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).

c) Server logs and security

Our server records technical logs (IP address, date, request type) to keep the service secure and working properly. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary: required for the website to work and for security; they do not require consent.
  • Analytics: Umami, anonymous traffic measurement without tracking cookies; loaded only after you give consent.
  • Calendar (Cal.com, our server): when you use demo booking, it may store technical data needed for the booking widget to work.

Your consent settings are stored locally in your browser. You can change them by clearing this website’s data in your browser.

4. Recipients of data

We use our own infrastructure in the European Union. The booking calendar (Cal.com) and analytics (Umami) run on our servers. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be entrusted only to trusted infrastructure (hosting) providers under data processing agreements, within the EU/EEA.

5. Retention period

We keep data from inquiries and bookings for as long as necessary to handle the matter and any resulting cooperation, and then for the period required by law (for example, the limitation period for claims). Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), the Polish data protection authority. For data matters, write to: kontakt@neuranex.pl.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website evolves. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update at the top.
