AllSync · MCP server

Ask your company.
In the assistant you already use.

AllSync has its own MCP server, the standard connector that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini read data from your instance. You ask in plain English and get an answer with the numbers from your ERP, online store, bank and KSeF.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. And with any assistant that supports MCP.

Copilot

AllSync in Copilot Studio: company data in Teams and Microsoft 365, next to your email and documents.

How to connect
How it works

Three steps.
Nothing to install on your side.

01

Add AllSync in your assistant

In Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini settings, add a connector and paste the address we give you.

02

Sign in with your AllSync account

The assistant sees exactly what you see in the panel, and nothing more. You can revoke access at any time.

03

Ask in plain English

The assistant decides where to get the data from: orders, invoices, the bank, the warehouse or the store. Every answer shows its source.

Sample questions

What you can ask.
The way you’d ask your accountant or the warehouse.

Sales

  • How much did we sell yesterday compared with the same day last week?
  • Which products are growing fastest this month?

Receivables

  • Who’s more than 30 days overdue, and for how much?
  • Which customers are paying later and later?

Warehouse

  • What will run out within two weeks at the current sales rate?
  • Which items haven’t moved in over 90 days?

Orders and shipments

  • Which of yesterday’s orders haven’t shipped yet?
  • How many carts were abandoned this week, and what were they worth?

Invoices and KSeF

  • Have all of this month’s invoices gone through KSeF?
  • Show me purchase invoices from new suppliers.

Reports

  • Prepare a weekly summary for the partners.
  • Compare this quarter’s margin with last quarter’s.

Security

Your data stays with you.
The assistant gets the answer to a question.

Read-only

The assistant reads data and never changes anything in your ERP or bank. AllSync’s connection to the ERP is read-only too.

Your permissions

The assistant connects through your AllSync account. It sees only what you have access to in the panel.

Data in your own instance

Your data sits in a dedicated instance on our servers in Poland or Germany. The assistant receives the result of a query, not the whole database.

FAQ

What you ask most often.

Which assistant should we choose?

The one you already use. If you work in Microsoft 365, Copilot is the natural choice; if you use Google Workspace, Gemini. Claude and ChatGPT work regardless of your office suite.

Do we need a paid assistant plan?

Usually, yes: custom connectors are available on paid and business plans. During setup, we check what you have and connect it.

Can the assistant get the numbers wrong?

The numbers come from your systems via AllSync, not from the model’s memory. Every answer shows which module the data comes from, and from which day.

Is it included in the subscription?

Yes, the MCP server is part of AllSync. You pay for your assistant plan separately.
